Who we are
Project Re-Entry, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals as they transition from incarceration back into their communities. We serve all re-entering individuals—regardless of background—with the tools, advocacy, and connections they need to rebuild their lives.
Our work centers on providing pro bono legal services to address the many complex challenges that arise post-release, including record expungement, license restoration, and navigating legal barriers. But we don’t stop there. We work to bridge the gap between people and the community resources—such as housing, employment, mental health care, and mentorship—that make long-term success possible.
Project Re-Entry was founded and is operated by a criminal defense attorney who has witnessed the reentry process not only in the courtroom but also within her own family. That deeply personal understanding fuels our mission: to support meaningful criminal justice reform and to help individuals and families become whole again.
At Project Re-Entry, we believe that reentry isn’t just a process—it’s a promise. And we’re here to walk every step of the way with those ready to reclaim their future.
